Meet The Owner

With over 15 years of high-level hockey experience including junior play with the NJ Titans and NCAA Division III hockey at Wilkes University. I’ve built a life around discipline, resilience, and pushing physical limits. After my playing years, I became an emergency room RN, where I learned that health isn’t just personal, it affects everyone who loves and depends on you. Fitness has always been my foundation, and recently completing a 50-mile ultramarathon deepened my belief in the power of movement, mindset, and consistency. My mission now is to help others live stronger, healthier lives not just for themselves, but for the people who count on them.
