Refund Policy

At The Movement Lab, we’re committed to helping you reach your fitness goals. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to make sure our refund policy is clear and fair.

1. Memberships

  • Monthly memberships: All membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

  • Annual memberships: You may cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund if you have not used any gym facilities or services. After 7 days, refunds will not be issued.

  • Prepaid memberships or special offers: Non-refundable unless required by law.

2. Class Packages & Drop-Ins

  • Unused class passes may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been booked or used.

  • Once a class is booked or attended, it is considered used and non-refundable.

3. Personal Training & Coaching

  • Session packages may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been used.

  • Missed or late-canceled sessions (less than 24 hours’ notice) are non-refundable.

4. Cancellations

To cancel a recurring membership, please contact us at [email/contact form link] at least 5 business days before your next billing date to avoid further charges.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted under special circumstances such as:

  • Verified medical reasons preventing participation

  • Relocation more than 40 miles from our facility

  • Errors in billing or duplicate charges

Each case will be reviewed individually.
